We bought 3 cardinal tetras and two tiny cherry shrimp here. The man who served didn’t seem to know much about fish and was pretty rough in handling them. When removing one cherry shrimp from the net, he flicked it off with his finger. We have since lost one tetra and one shrimp, but they seemed to be okay when we first brought them home, despite the rough handling and small amount of water in the bags (we couldn’t float the bags in the tanks at home because there was not enough water to allow the bags to tip onto their sides; we had to stand there and hold the bags upright). The tetras and shrimp were a really good price. I was charged the same price for the cardinals as for the neons, despite my asking him what the price was for the cardinal tetras (he said, “They’re not cardinals; they’re platys.” Lol). Each time he scooped out a tetra, he would flick the net with his wrist (a sharp flick to shake water off). It was a pretty awful way to handle fish. He put them in a cup, then poured the cup into the bag from the very top so that the fish fell about 12” into the bottom of the bag. It was painful to watch. I would shop here again only if there was someone else handling the fish.

Decent fish. Poor corals. Good aquarium builder. Lots of expensive Chinese made junk.

Always low on stock . Needs to be more customer focussed.

Very good selection of fish and aquarium supplies. Tanks always seem to be well maintained
