Staff and coaches are friendly , welcoming, knowledgeable, patient, demonstrate and carry out so much commitment and dedication to coaching and teaching all the kids to swim. We love all the staff at North York Aqua tots especially coach Mel she’s amazing with the little toddlers level 3 class! My daughter loves her swim coach and always gets happy to see her.

Really good staff and if you ever have any issues they are more than welcome to accommodate you. Their customer service team at the front desk is friendly and always available for assistance anytime you walk in.nCoach Oscar and Coach Armin does exceptional work with kids 2.5 to 3 years old. They know exactly how to communicate with younger children in a way that makes them comprehend the lesson being taught.nOverall, I am very satisfied with this swim school for my 3 year old.

I recently signed my kids up for lessons here and I’m so happy I did! The staff are so friendly and accommodating. Showers use to be a nightmare, God forbid water gets in their faces, now they dip their heads in for fun! Also comforting to know they’re safer in water settings now. My oldest graduated from level 3 in just 3 shorts weeks and they make sure to make each student feel extra special for each accomplishment!nHuge thank you to their instructors Tusean, Mel, Pamian and Mehrdad! Absolutely stellar experience at Aquatots! My five-year-old had an incredible time learning to swim here. The instructors were patient, engaging, and made learning to swim so much fun. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, creating a safe and inviting environment for kids. My child's confidence in the water has soared since starting classes here.
