Although a little put off by my phone conversation with Carol, while sitting in the waiting area, I could tell she was just all about business and efficiency. I can appreciate that- the phone was ringing constantly and she was hopping. My son and I met Dr. Wankling or Gilbert, as he introduced himself and he is very warm, friendly and has a strong handshake. He was awesome with my son, who is on the autism spectrum and is very wary of doctors. He didn’t bat an eye when he asked my son’s name and Matt said something completely inappropriate. Very pleased with our experience !
