Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar

Horrible service and mediocre food! My last visit, there was only one other table in the restaurant with people at it. Both my husband and I and the people at the table next to us (who were seated at about the same time) waited for almost 30 minutes without anyone ever coming over to greet us or take our order before we got up and left. We spoke to a manager on the way out who was unapologetic and told us to have a great evening. We did end up having a great evening and a great meal at another restaurant.

Ordered online for pickup. Arrived on time and when I finally got my order it was the wrong order. Then by the time I got the correct order it was cold. Which wasn't discovered until I got home to eat it. The person who's order I was given incorrectly told me good luck as he left. Wasn't super busy either. Will not be ordering from here again anytime soon.

Dinner here is always very rewarding. You got to try the burban street chicken. The food here tastes exceptionally delicious.

Food was good. Service -- on a Sunday evening after dinner-- was a bit slow, which we were fine with because one of our party was running late. But not everyone would be.

Last night i really wanted some applebee's so i come over here. So usually when you go to applebee's the waiters sits you down so i waited in the front where all the waiters can see. but no one acknowledge me or even ask me what i wanted and the restaurant was not even half full so i waited to see how long it takes them come over to me and sit me down and it took them 55 min a waiter to talk to me right before they close the restaurant but i will never go to any other applebee's restaurant again or any other restaurant they are partner with like IHOP { # DineEquity.
