Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar

I met a friend here for lunch yesterday. I ordered the oriental chicken salad. After telling the waiter I wanted grilled chicken, he reviewed the order and said crispy chicken. I corrected him and said grilled chicken. What did I get on my salad? Crispy chicken. Also, the salad had very little lettuce and was mostly composed of chow mein noodles and almonds. Won't eat here again.

The food was decent but service was terrible. Our waiter was rude and made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcomed. He did not greet us when we sat down or say anything when it came time to order, he just stared at us waiting for us to initiate our order. I informed the manager of our experience and was moved to a few tables over with a new waiter. The manager did not apologize for our terrible service we received nor compensate us for a drink or meal. Our new waiter was good but that did not make up for our previous service. Needless to say, we will not be coming back.

Excellent! Patrick served us delicious hot food and cold salad. Clean and cheery atmosphere. Ample parking.

Usually good, but spotty service. Came in to Maple Grove, MN location recently and waited in an almost empty restaurant for 5 min before a hostess showed up and then another 15 min at table before we left because no one came to wait the table.

Of all the Applebees we've visited, this is our favorite for the staff, the atmosphere and the food.
