Applebee’s Grill + Bar

Went here last night with a group of 5 friends. Our service was so slow just to start with the drinks. When those finally started coming out we all order. I ordered a 12 oz steak and was told after 10 minutes they didn't have them so I got an 8 oz. It was horrible, I asked for well done but got a horrible leather piece of meat. It wasn't good at all. I was very nice to the waiter and tipped well because I felt as if he had to many tables at once and our drinks were slow due to the bartender. That's what I felt anyway. Also I was charged for the 12 oz steak, I was asking the waiter about it but noticed he forgot to charge me for the cherry pepsi so I told the waiter to not worry about it because he didn't charge me for the pop. But wow I wont be going there anytime soon with a group of people we spent over $120 and nobody was really happy with it.

These place is not like it used to be years ago. They need to find a person that knows how to cook. I feel sorry for the waitress because they are doing the best they can. I am always sending my steak back because it wasn't done how I like it. Also get Heinz 57 steak sauce like you used to have!!

Our server was named Al. She was fantastic, funny, and delightful to talk to. Thank you Al for making our time there memorable for Valentine's Day! (The food of course was great too!)

My waitress's name was Meghan. She was absolutely spectacular. Very professional! This is my second time visiting Applebees. The first I would have rated it a 3.5 out of 5 stars. But I rated it 5 Stars this time because the service, and food was amazing! I ordered boneless wings. My friend ordered the Bourbon Street steak. The steak was a bit overcooked. But still was a good meal. I cannot rate for him. But my experience was very good!

Very attentive and friendly staff. Easy to talk to and fast at addressing your needs. Food is pretty good and well worth the cost. The laid back environment makes this a great place to eat.
