Applebee's Grill + Bar

Good service here. We are travelers from California and do have Applebee's also, but not as good as this one. Drinks were cold and perfect. We had steaks, salads, burgers, and wings which was all very tasty. We had a party of 11 and we're helped with one outstanding server named Kaylyn! I highly recommend eating and drinking here. They take care of you better than anywhere else.

3 stars is as good as a chain restaurant can get in my book. Cheap and quick sums up my time at this chain. The happy hour is affordable and decent. It is not fresh and not amazing hence the 3 stars but good enough!

Went for late Friday night dinner, slightly disappointed with the taste and service. Initially the plates were not clean as you see in the photo, later food quality is not great. Not sure if this is specific to this branch or the whole chain in general. We are regularly go to Applebee’s other branches but this time we felt quality is not great. We sent back spinach and artichoke dip as it was not great chips are smashed and dip is kind of liquidy but they gave us surprise cheese sticks and charged us for that which is weird. Drinks are nice as usual.

Applebee's Lynnwood... WA Consistent good food... Lots of menu options. I ordered the All you can eat... Chicken Wings and Fries. You can choose individual sauces... I preferred the Asian Spice... Lots of variety Served up the way you want the Chicken Wings we're plump and delicious. Fries too were good. Could not order without a 'good soft drink' for me Sprite... 7 UP. FREE Refills Took down 2 Full servings left nothing behind... FREE Wi-Fi here... And good music... Taylor Swift... Olivia Rodrigo... Harry Styles... Echosmith... To name a few. Good dining experience...

Today my family and friends planned on meeting up at this location. We were welcomed in the beginning and once it was time to place our order our waitress / server Ganel ? made us feel very uncomfortable. We wanted to know the options underneath the all you can eat menu, she wasn’t very helpful . Towards the end she started giving my husband a very rude talk back attitude when we just had questions about what we can order. Every time I would order something she would smirk with annoyance, we felt very judged. Why offer this option if it’s going to be an issue to order more than one plate. Also, when I was ordering she didn’t let me finish, very argumentative. My family and guests were both treated this way. The only reason for a two star rating is because our food was good. I recommend the honey pepper wings and spinach dip.

We ordered our food online so that we could go run an errand and that by the time we were done, the food should be ready and we wouldn't have to wait. It seems they didn't even start the food until we showed up because they told us it would be 10 to 15 minutes. There is nobody else here, it's pretty dead. So there's no reason for them to have not started the food. I generally don't mind waiting for my food if I just ordered it, I understand it takes time to prepare everything and sometimes there's other people ahead of me who need their stuff made. I'm not an impatient person- I'm pretty reasonable when it comes to fast food, especially since my husband has been working at his whole life so I understand the ins and outs. It's pretty easy to tell when people are just goofing off and he and I think that's what's going on here.

We went for happy hour to celebrate a friend's birthday. The won ton chicken tacos were legit! The Caesar salad was under dressed and limp. The boneless chicken was alrightsweet chili sc was tasty. Someone ordered the chicken fettuccine and said there was too little chicken and not enough sauce. The waitress was wonderfulFood: 4/5

We were seated with no kids menus, so when our server came I asked if they had grilled cheese, as I like to order my kid's food first. Our server didn't know, so went to ask the kitchen. 10 minutes went by and she came back and said that they can make grilled cheese, even though it's not on the menu that we still didn't have anyways. She disappeared again and came back with kid's menus a few minutes later. We ordered all of our food and drinks at that time, including two grilled cheeses and a mac and cheese. Drinks came 20 minutes after we ordered. Around the 45 minute mark from ordering, and after not seeing our server since drinks were dropped I finally stopped the manager and inquired about our food. He said he'd look into it and it did come out about 5 minutes later. Our server said the reason for the long wait is because of the "off menu grilled cheeses." Which, if true, means their entire kitchen fell apart because of two pieces of bread with some cheese. That's not where the issues ended, though. The kid's mac and cheese we ordered from the menu, by the way didn't come with our other 5 meals. Our server said she'd be back with it but again disappeared. After 15 minutes I flagged down another server and asked about the macaroni. It finally came out, 20 minutes after the rest of our food. For those who are not familiar with Kraft mac and cheese sold at chain restaurants, but it comes premade and prepackaged. You dump it into the bowl, toss it in the microwave and tada! Mac and cheese! It's even easier than our "off menu" grilled cheeses. After all this, our kiosk to pay at our table didn't work. And if you guessed that our server was nowhere to be found, you are correct! I again flagged down another server who was happy to help. While asking about our experience she was shocked to learn about the delay not only in our food, but that one kid's meal. She grabbed a manager who did comp our kid's meals, but honestly, I will never visit this Applebee's again. It's clear that our server was new and in the weeds. However, she had absolutely zero support from her management. They should have recognized that she was struggling and stepped in well before. Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly, if you want them to eat at the same time as you.
