I worked until late tonight and I hadn't gotten lunch either. So I stopped by our Wendy's here in Fremont to get a double cheeseburger. It was 10:28 in a Wednesday night. There was a vehicle ahead of me in the drive thru so I had hope of getting served. I ordered the new Bourbon Bacon cheeseburger but I wanted two patties. The gal on the speaker first put in the pretzel pub burger. So I corrected her. When I got my sandwich I opened the bag to check that I had the right sandwich. The patties, 3 of them, I guess they were cleaning out the scraps were DRY, COLD and shriveled. So much for Hot and Juicy! There were only 2 half strips of bacon. BBQ sauce on only one half of the bun. And there were no crispy onion strips. I called the gal back to the window I never pulled away and showed her my sandwich. She explained that the grill was already shut down. So I guess I got the left overs.
This fly infested place was extremely understaffed. It was very dirty. The heath Dept should be called. Update, placed an online order at 530pm pm to be picked up at 615 pm..... This was a huge mistake. This is the worst service in town, employees cursing at one another and there is no leadership here at all. Save your money, do not go here. My order was over 15 mins late and didn't get my drink. Threw my food in the trash on the way out. This place is the biggest joke in town.
Lactose intolerant, so ordered without cheese. After a long wait in drive through got my order but it had cheese anyway. Luckily the burger was cold so the cheese came off easily :. Otherwise rest of the food was good so I can’t complain. RIP to the 444
My fries were luke warm, but sandwich was good. They charge double what Burger King does for food. Thought I'd get a frosty Keychain but I didn't get one. They don't have senior discounts either.Food: 3/5
The problem was I couldn't get the app to take my payment. The cashier said it might have been a problem with their server. However, the food was good & prepared relatively quickly.Food: 5/5
Jennifer was a dear! They were 4 minutes to close, I had just gotten off a long day at work and she made me feel welcome and okay for pushing closing time. She is fantastic! Thank you guys.Food: 5/5
Food is almost always fresh and delicious. However, they notoriously get something wrong on the order and they upsize your order without your knowledge, which of course you pay for. Makes me wonder if the cashiers get some benefit from upsizing. I want what I order, not what you want me to have!Food: 5/5
If all I can do is drive thru or delivery my money can go elsewhere. They deliberately screw up your order and still want $15 an hour to do it. There's other places in Fremont to eat a little stay away maybe they will open lobby.Food: 1/5
Chili, only reason I went there, was thin, & mostly beans. Not at all how I remember it. Got the baconator, burger was beyond well, super dry, menu says 6 pieces of bacon, yeah if you cut one strip into 6 pieces. I only gave it 2 because the Frosty wasn't bad. Like to give them the benefit of the doubt. But I probably won't give them a second chance gave them a 2nd chance, bad idea ordered through the app, to pickup in store, so I could skip the drive thru. Doors all locked.
