Absolutely Horrible ExperiencennThis was one of the worst food orders I have ever received ordered from Uber eatsnnI ordered 1+1 Malai Chaap and received only ONE portion. To make matters worse, it was stone cold and hardened like a rock. I also ordered 1+1 Pav Bhaji and again received only ONE serving. The pav bhaji was cold, stale, and clearly not freshly prepared.nnThe Dahi Bhalla was a complete disaster—watery, tasteless, and of extremely poor quality. I ordered Mirch Bhajji but instead received a random snack platter that I never asked for. The food in the platter was low quality and seemed spoiled.nnThe 5 Kachoris were all broken, stale, and unfit to be served. On top of that, the Doodh Patti tea that I paid for was never delivered at all.nnMissing items, wrong items, cold food, stale food, broken food, and food that appeared spoiled—all in a single order. This shows a complete lack of quality control, professionalism, and respect for customers. Charging customers for items that are never delivered and sending substitutes without permission is unacceptable.nnI wasted my money on this order and would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from here. Extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable.
I’m really disappointed with my order. I ordered mixed vegetables, but instead I got dal without anyone letting me know or asking if that was okay. I only found out after opening the food.nnOn top of that, my order came with rice but there was no spoon or even napkins. How am I supposed to eat rice without a spoon?nnWhen I called the restaurant, the girl just said they didn’t have mixed vegetables. That was it. No apology, no replacement, and no effort to fix the mistake.nnMistakes happen, but the way this was handled was very disappointing. I expected much better customer service.
I recently ordered food from Apna Pind through Uber Eats, and I was genuinely impressed with the food quality and value for money. I also ended up picking up my order and sat there for some tea and an omelette while waiting.nnThe taste was really good — fresh, flavorful, and the portions were generous. They had several buy one get one free deals on Uber Eats, so for under $25, I had enough food for the whole day, plus I ate there as well. Definitely great value.nnThe service could have been a bit better, but I could tell the girl helping me was handling everything on her own — taking orders, running into the kitchen, and managing multiple things at once — so it’s understandable.nnThe seating and overall place are pretty basic, nothing fancy, but honestly, for the price and food quality, it’s absolutely worth it. Don’t expect a luxury dining experience — expect really good food at a great price.nnDefinitely recommend trying them out. Thank you!
ordered the veg thali and was really disappointed. The amount of curry was way too little — barely half the portion you’d expect. For the price, this was not worth it at all. They seriously need to increase the portion size or at least make it consistent with what’s shown or expected. Won’t recommend until they fix this.
The cook Harpreet Singh Happy at this restaurant is truly amazing. Every dish was prepared perfectly, with great attention to detail and flavor. You can really taste the passion and skill in the food.nGurmat Kaur provided outstanding service during our visit. She was incredibly friendly, polite, and made us feel very welcome from the start. Her positive attitude and professionalism really stood out. Highly recommended
