My experiences at this location has been fun and a learning process. I'm new to working out in a real gym. The staff and trainers have all been very helpful and friendly by assisting and giving great advice regarding eating habits and use of equipment. The location is great because it's on my way to and from work so not out of the way. I love the boot camp classes because you get the guidance of a persnal trainer and the routines are great. In my opinion, the staff is what makes or break the establishment. A state of the art gym with a staff who doesn't care about its members would be bad. At St Charles, Melissa and all the trainers are willing to help in anyway necessary. It's been a great experience for me.

I joined this gym and frequented it for a few months, the equipment here is lacking. I have visited 5 locations and this one is the worst, it is also the dirtiest and the staff is hard to get a hold of. The other locations in schaumburg are great, have newer machines, nice staff, tanning beds, massage rooms, and the showers are much cleaner, they even provide towels for them. I wanted to cancel and i guess every location has different policies. At this location i was told this membership is a lease and you are stuck in it for the year. Very unhappy that they are so unwilling to help their customers. I will continue using my membership at every location but here until i can cancel.

Staff is great, facility is well kept. No complaints, I will miss this gym and would've stayed a member if I hadn't moved away!
