Welcome to Fitness of a Higher Caliber

At CrossFit Caliber we produce unparalleled fitness results using the CrossFit training methodology. Bodyweight, weightlifting and cardiovascular exercises are mixed in endless combinations to produce workouts that are fun, highly effective and rarely repeated.

Endurance, strength and power can be dramatically improved through this program. It is for this reason that elite soldiers, police officers and firefighters worldwide have implemented CrossFit as their primary workout regimen. However, it can be scaled to anyone's age, ability and fitness level. The only thing that changes is the load and intensity, not the movements.

Arnel is Fantastic! Elba and Kelly are the other instructors I have had a class with and they are awesome as well. All are very good at making sure you have the correct form and helping you get a good workout in. Very welcoming place!

If you want a great workout, you will get it at CrossFit Caliber! The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. The work outs are tough and intense but the results are amazing! I have never been stronger and my endurance has immensely improved! I will never go back to a "regular" gym again! I love working out here and will continue to be a frequent member! I highly recommend CrossFit Caliber!

There is no doubt why CrossFit has become such a popular sport around the world - it is effective. With that said, all CrossFit boxes (aka gyms) will be unique in their own way. What makes CrossFit Caliber special is the people who go there to show their support. One can CrossFit anywhere but Caliber brings that positive outlook, that encouragement, that support that no other place in the world can bring. It won't matter who you are or how experienced you may be, all workouts will be challenging if you put 100%. The people at Caliber know what it means to bring it your all and that is why I have seen amazing transformations and improvements from everyone, including myself. Fitness will never be the same again - and I am grateful for that.

I have been going to Crossfit Caliber for 5 months now. I still remember my 1st workout. It only lasted about 10 minutes. I went home unsure, thinking how fast it was compared to the hour or more I put in at the regular gym, and wondering if it would be enough. Well, 2 days later I was feeling the delayed onset muscle soreness, and I was hooked. It's now 5 months later and I have noticed definite improvement in strength and agility. The cheers of encouragement from my fellow crossfitters to do more than I think I can keep me from quitting in the middle of a WOD, or taking it too easy on myself with lighter weights. I can push myself hard and not worry about the sweat, and the strange grunts that might escape me while pushing myself to do more, because everyone else is too. I also love that a few minutes are spent at the beginning of the workout going over proper technique. I highly recommend this gym.

I have always been a person who works out but I never thought in a million years I would be able to get the results I have achieved with Crossfit Caliber! It is a great place to work out with the best instructors. I was very nervous going into my first Crossfit workout, but the group of people at Caliber are a very positive and encouraging group who make working out fun. The workouts are very intense and very difficult but they are worth it! If you come into Crossfit Caliber be prepared to become addicted!
