I enjoy the atmosphere, and the open anytime feature fits my odd work schedule. You also wont find a cleaner gym.

The staff are really friendly and there's a great variety of equipment from free weights to rowing machine, leg press etc. I wish they had proper spin bikes because the Life Fitness bikes aren't really any good. Other than that it's a great gym! Love the welcoming non-judgmental atmosphere.

Excellent gym! Staff is very friendly and accommodating. All new equipment with everything you need. Has the big gym franchise equipment/set-up, but with the small town friendly atmosphere. Check it out!
