This is a unique restaurant serving a menu featuring fermented and pickled food. I had the European and Korean pickles and they were both delicious! I also had the carrot elixir which was different but tasty. The owners are great people and friendly. Highly recommend!
Yum Yum Yum.... Good Music, Good Staff, Good Times.... all I need. Thanks Anthes Ferments for such a nice eating experience -and unique live music in the summers when I time it right. Look forward to more great unique meals !!!
The kindest people own this place and their food is not only good, but interesting. Best ramen on the island. Would highly recommend, thank you to Trap and Sonya for the best family lunch of our trip.
Never been one to leave a rating but I would not recommend this ramen to anyone. I walked out feeling robbed and had to go somewhere else to get a full stomach and to get the taste out of my mouth! Instant noodles would have been better!
New owners- great menu- delicious bites- KEXP - fun outdoor patio & dog friendly- ramen rocks ! And grill skewers - plus homemade sauerkraut?!? Oh yeah!
Absolutely trash, to quote our waitress “ Hearty ramen with generous portions” Ramen was luke warm with no flavor and a child’s sized portion. For 20 dollars!! I was left still hungry and broke. Never again in my life. IF I COULD IT WOULD BE ZERO!
Great little secret. They offer a range of food and drink. Would highly recommend to anyone in a missed group, they have something for everyone.

Delicious food we had the Korean pickle plate and really nice and helpful folks. Loved it! Definitely planning on coming back next time we're in Langley.
