Crazy Horse Steak House-Saloon

I have been to this Steakhouse on several occasions. The restaurant is always clean and well kept and the staff is always friendly. I've been there for weekday lunches as well as dinners and my experience has been good every time. The menu is diverse and should please any palette. They have a nice variety of specials for those that are looking for that. On Saturdays they have a surf and turf special. The price is fair the prime rib is fantastic and the shrimp I could take or leave

Crazy Horse is a very popular restaurant in town. They have great food. My husband loves it but unfortunately they do not have any Vegan entries. We were there, recently, and I had to order the usual salad. I don't understand why a great restaurant like Crazy Horse doesn't offer at least a vegetarian option. More people have changed there diets.

We had been to Crazy Horse in the past (over a year ago) prior to the re-model and prior to the new menu and loved the food and the portion sizes. We visited again last night expecting the same. After a wait, we were seated in a table that still needed to be wiped and the bill needed to be picked up: that was a bit odd. Service was good and the food came quick. Small problem: the fries and chicken were obviously left out for a lengthy time and re-microwaved. The fries were stale and the chicken was lukewarm. We did not mention anything to our waitress because the last thing we are looking for is a free meal (not to mention having to send food back to the kitchen...no thanks!); however, re-heating old stale potatoes is very unsanitary and dangerous to your customers' health. Food tasted good and we tipped normal. However, we would like to ask Crazy Horse not to heat up old food for us ever again... this should not be necessary at a restaurant that is prosperous and so busy (you would think everything would be fresh and flying out of the kitchen). Make it fresh, please. And please do not respond to this post that your food is fresh and hot off the grill: last night was just plain disappointing and we thought better of the restaurant prior to this. Unfortunately, we will never come back. Hopefully this review is constructive and can help improve the business: DON'T HEAT UP FOOD THAT IS LEFT OUT FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME AND THEN SERVE IT TO YOUR CUSTOMERS! Thanks!

We came on a snowy weekday for dinner around 7 pm. We were seated quickly and a nice booth not far from a "fire"place. Cozy. In a bow toward modern dysfunction there are many TVs, but they are not loud and are positioned so that you can still have an undistracted conversation. All in all, it's cozy. Our waitress was efficient and courteous. We were never left waiting. The food was delicious--our chicken was served with fresh mangos and salads were simple, but fresh. The side of sweet potatoes was very good, but served in a small dish which made that and the chicken look a little sparse. Prices were a wee bit on the high side for what you get, but not bad. If this were it, I would rate this restaurant a 4, but I was very impressed by the places this restaurant enthusiastically supports and lists on its menu. They are causes that everyone can support. It's clear this restaurant wants to have an impact beyond its four walls.

Always wonderful, the few times i been there, i was just there again everything was fantastic, but i was so disappointed to find i could not get a butter warmer with my lobster??? have you dipped lobster in cold butter and ate it ? yuck, so i wont be ordering lobster any more, sad. why no warmers? other wise everything is wonderful.
