Went to St Eustache with my yorkie to have her hair trimed as it was touching the ground and to touch up around her face a bit... hour and half later they called to pick her up as they were finished...I was so shocked to see what they did to her, they completely SHAVED her , I can`t describe the way I felt, she nine years old she never was saved no matter who groomed her, this the first time I went and it`s the last time I can`t for the life of me why would they do such after they agreed to what I ask of them...so people think twice before going there.

Les proprio Mylène et Francis nous donnent de l'excellent service et de la bouffe de très bonne qualité pour mes beaux minous. En plus je change 2 fois moins souvent ma litière grâce à celle qui vende. Pis ils viennent me livrer tout ça gratuitement... Je les adore!!! Merci pour tout 😊

Not the best place to bring your dogs for a nail trim, the thin young girl can be rough, you can then expect a visit to the vet right after because your dog is limping and i'm not the only one, i heard another customer complaining for the same thing. However, the other woman in her thirties maybe forties is a lot more careful, it's a shame she isn't there anymore. Pas la meilleure place pour une coupe d'ongles, la jeune fille qui est plus mince et petite a pas l'air mais elle est quand meme rough. C'est pas surprenant qu'apres je dois passer au veterinaire pour une consultation. Et je suis pas la premiere, j'ai entendu une autre ce plaindre pour la meme chose. Par contre, celle plus agee dans la trentaine peu etre quarantaine est bcp plus attentionnee, dommage qu'elle ne soit pas la plus souvent.

Merveilleux endroit, deux propriétaires impliqués et des employés qui aiment leur travail. Je suis passé ce matin avec une situation fâcheuse et Francis aura pu me prêter main forte, en toute confiance, avec le sourire. Une belle entreprise locale qui mérite fortement d'être encouragée et qui ne mérite en aucun cas les review 1 étoile. Je vais continuer à faire affaire avec eux et je vous recommande fortement d'en faire autant!
