I love their selection of many Canadian brands that i cant find in that amount at any other pet store. They're very helpful as well. I had never been to a chico before but i am super pleased with their selection. It's my go to for their huge cat food selection. I'm pretty sure they carry every brand.
Definitely the best amongst their competitors. Great selection of products, prices are competitive. The BIG difference is the quality of ownership and staff. They take the time to fulfill your pet's needs. My wife went there today to buy some food for our dog and surprise!!! They gave her very nice flowers! She was told that it was the "happiness day". Having bought these flowers myself, it would have cost me $25-30! Do I need to write more?

The staff are wonderful, the owner is amazing and ready to help in any way. They really know their stuff when it comes to animal food and care. They offer delivery through Pursch livraison. Pursch.ca
Great place and pretty friendly staff. It reminds me a lot of another pet store because of their high quality foods and treats, but I actually think I prefer Chico now. They have everything I need for my pups and I'm a HUGE fan of the treats "en vrac" I love mixing it up for my pups and being able to choose a bunch of different treats all at the same time is perfect and there is a great variety! Definitely sticking with Chico!
I've been a few times. Found the items I needed and some I didn't know I needed! My dog is happy about the rare dog snacks like rabbits ears. I also pick up crickets they sell by the container or a bag and rats. My only complaint is that I have to buy frozen and they won't prekill the rat. Very happy that they accept the band card.
Owner is very friendly and helpful. He suggested Canadian products vs the American ones we were using and they were far better quality and cheaper. We now regularly shop here.
