Friendly knowledgeable staff. Decent prices great selection of animal foods, treats and accessories. Plenty of fish and bird stuff too

Stock is generally quite good. Worst case scenario you need to grab a different sized bag if you need the exact formula/flavor. Have yet to have a problem. Staff is also very quick to help.
