Just left Lordco Revelstoke. Big Shout out to the wonderful staff member who was kind, helpful and sympathetic to the frantic older man with the radiator fluid issue. Deeply grateful, you exceeded all expectations. May you have a lovely holiday.

Got a punctured radiator and was leaking coolant everywhere so went to Lordco and they happen to have the right one for my vehicle and they also called up a mechanic who drove all the way from Armstrong and worked on my vehicle in till midnight. Only reason I'm missing a star is that I was parked three blocks away and as someone in a wheelchair it is a long way to go and the staff didn't offer to help get the parts to my vehicle.

Went in there to buy an OBD II tool to read the engine light code on my vehicle, they were selling the PT W2977 OBD II scanner for $106. That's more than double the price you can find on Amazon for $47. I understand the price could be a bit higher when you buy in person in store due to transportation etc. but holy smokes, more than double the price? Is that a joke?

Had ordered parts Sunday afternoon, parts were supposed to be in Tuesday morning. Came in Tuesday and the parts hadn't been ordered... we're from out of town and the vehicle was down this whole time. Ended up ordering the proper parts from the dealer two towns over to get it done as soon as possible. Was told by the guy helping us that stuff happens, was not impressed. Don't waste your time here

Bought an inverter, told it was a good brand, stopped working the second time I used it. Wired it exactly like in the instructions, told that I likely overloaded it and voided warranty. Looked into the problem and its fairly common, most places just replace it. I try to support local but lordco makes it tough. Way overpriced and they don't back up their products.

We were stranded recently in Revelstoke. Dennis came to our aid on his own ... Absolutely can’t say enough about him and the front counter staff . Great people / great service / great experience. We also can’t understand some of the previous reviews because our experience was fantastic! Thanks again Lordco Revelstoke !

Counter staff did not have control of their store. One staff member didn’t even appear as if he cared . Clearly favoured locals who budged in line while customers who had been patiently standing there were kept waiting. Do not recommend this location. I have had excellent dealing with every other Lordco I’ve been too. This one was atrocious.
