Kinda greasy you can't use the Flip app to get lower prices on items. Why is that ? And why is every product marked up in store ? ......Owner.. waiting for a response ?

This store is a true gem in Revelstoke BC. Great staff, super helpful, they even go above and beyond regular customer service and I’m so thankful for that. Delivery options and If they don’t have it on hand, no problem with bringing it in for you in a timely nature. Great place to find all your home building/improvement supplies and garden/landscaping needs

They don't have what we need and don't try to get it for us. One of the ladies at the store always has an attitude just one, others are really nice. She shouldn't be doing a customer service.

Dropped in to pick up a few items I missed before leaving for our trip. Being an older downtown store it was a little cramped but there were lots of choices and the staff appeared to be friendly. I had to return one item and the clerk was great. Friendly and talkative!!! Really nice lady! Worth a visit if in Revelstoke!

Went here a couple times to buy 2 or 3 things and they always had empty shelves. Never had the things I needed. Lots of employees on the floor but never stocked shelves. Way too expensive. Save yourself time and money and go to home depot in Vernon or Kamloops and buy in bulk

I bought my little ceramic pig from this store. The lady was so nice - great customer service. They even wrapped my pig and boxed it for me as we were traveling. All the staff were so nice and willing to help.

The staff were very nice. We were looking for a cooler but they didn't have what we wanted. They made a recommendation for another store. Thanks.

Revelstoke HH is closer to the Canoe mill than any other store but they can charge up to double the going rate on lumber. I've driven 1.5 hours to the next town away from the mill to get a better price and even including gas and my time, it was worth it. They also want to rip you off on pretty much every other product they sell. I bought a truck and trailer for the specific purpose of big material runs to the city. I'm not going to support a local business if all they're trying to do is fleece me.
