I loved my experience at Angie’s! I found my dress pretty quickly and it was unique and beautiful. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I went back several times to try it on to show bridesmaids and for a little pick me up during the pandemic since our wedding was postponed from May 2020 to December and Barb was so lovely and kind. She eventually did my alterations and was able to perfect the fit for the big day. She also helped pick out my veil, headpiece, and stole for the change in season AND made me a mask using the lace from my dress. I felt safe during my visits during the pandemic as the store was clean, masks were worn and we my mom and I were the only customers in the store during our appointments. I’d recommend Angie’s for any bride.

I want to start by saying I LOVE this bridal boutique. I don’t know how on earth they have any negative reviews. I have shopped at so many stores and even bought and returned a dress at David’s bridal, and I thought I’d never pick one. This store has an amazing selection. During covid, I was the only person in the store. My family lives far away so my mom video called in, and I plugged into their wifi. The lady was super accommodating and so kind. We took turns pulling dresses and my mom listed off dresses from the website that she wanted to see me in from the video call. The bridal consultant involved my mom a lot, even though she was on video chat. I felt so comfortable talking through my challenges and hesitations, never once did I feel pressure to buy. Their prices are incredible for the quality of dresses. The sizes they keep stocked are actual bride sizes, not that size 0 you get in the downtown boutiques, so honestly that in and of itself made the experience feel a lot better to me. I bought off the rack , took my dress home same day and could not be happier with my choice. Never once felt rushed , and my apt took a few hours but it flew by. I am so grateful for your patience, kindness and approach. I thought I’d have to sacrifice a lot to have a covid wedding, but I realized that the attention to detail and 1:1 care is amplified in these experiences. THANK YOU!!

This was only my second time going dress shopping. The first store I went to was an awful experience - I'm so glad that Angie's showed me what the dress shopping experience could really be like! I came in with a list of dresses I had pulled from their site incredible website on top of everything else! and while I was trying one of them on, the consultant I'm so sorry, I forget her name pulled other dresses that were very much the style I was looking for. She truly listened to all of my feedback and opinions. I ended up finding THE dress, and they truly stepped back and allowed me to have that special moment with my Mom, maid of honour, and sister in law who joined us via FaceTime. I felt that their shop was clean, and I greatly appreciated that we were the only ones in the shop so I didn't have to worry about being too close to other customers. Such a wonderful experience, and I'm so glad I was able to find my dream dress here!

I stopped in at this store by accident, we were out dress shopping and spotted the store. They happened to have a cancellation and accommodated our group on a moments notice. This was such an amazing dress shopping experience. They were kind, patient, and allowed for our whole group to get involved with the dress shopping process. This was the most fun we could have had dress shopping and the selection was amazing! I couldn't be happier with my experience and I found my dress! Thank you so much to Angie's Bridal and their amazing manager!

I called and emailed Angie's yesterday, even though they were closed, trying to get a last minute appointment for today. It was the only time I could get everyone together for a few weeks, and I was interested in trying on several clearance dresses they had. To my surprise, I got a response that night. They welcomed us to come in this afternoon. We arrived and were met by Barb. She was absolutely wonderful. Very helpful and friendly. She listened, and payed attention to what looked good on me, as well as the style that I was looking for, and within my budget. I tried on at least 12 dresses, and then tried on 6 a second time. Barb was so friendly and patient the entire time. It felt like she was just as happy as we were to be sharing in the moment. I ended up with a full priced gown that I could order new, picked out by Barb, that was well within the budget. We all loved it! She knew exactly what I was looking for. This was my first bridal shop, and I didn't feel I needed to look any further. I am happy to be with Angie's throughout this process. Barb is also a seamstress here, and I will be happy to have her do the extra little alterations she discussed with me to make the dress my own perfect gown. We were all so happy we came across this wonderful shop.

I am very disappointed to say the least. I have been engaged for over a year, and just had my very first wedding dress appointment and was hoping to find the one at Angie's. I had heard so many great things, and I saw them at the wedding show and could not wait to see for myself. I went in during a trunk show, HOWEVER - I called a couple of days prior and spoke with a man to ensure that I would have someone there helping me as this was my first time even seeing dresses. I went in and was immediately greeted by a woman, who did not give me her name and she immediately started showing me dresses and asking my mom & bridesmaid to start picking some off the rack. She did not ask me my style or budget or anything that I wanted to see. I went with this at first and she showed me to my change room and that was the last time I saw her. She put a bunch of these dresses in the change room, and left. I had NO idea how to get in or out of any of these dresses, no one was helping me. There were 2 other brides there who were getting undivided attention and not one single person helped me. At one point I had figured out one of the dresses with the help of my mom, and she had asked one of the ladies if they had any sleeve samples, she said she'd be right back and never came. I think that this is complete unacceptable that not one person was helping me. On my very first appointment to try on dresses. The other disappointing and most of all, discouraging thing that happened was that the sample sizes were extremely small. We looked everywhere for something bigger than a 12 to try on. Of course no one helped with this But this was the most discouraging thing. None of the dresses fit me, they were extremely tight and small, and I could not imagine seeing myself in any of them. I was in Angie's for a total of 18 minutes before I left crying, and again I don't even think anyone noticed when I left. This was the worst first experience and I will not be back, nor do I recommend anyone especially ladies who are larger than a size 12 to shop here. I went to another bridal shop the next morning and they were FLOORED when I told them that a no one helped me put on or take off these dresses, no one was available to tie up corsets or clip my back and b that there were no larger sizes. They were a great experience and I would highly recommend going somewhere else. Very disappointing.

Angie’sBridal is such a fabulous little hidden Gem. I found exactly that I was looking for in a dress at Angie’s. I had been to a handful of dress shops before Angie’s, but was never happy with the customer service. At Angie’s I felt important, like a priority and that finding the perfect dress was just as important to them as it was for me. I can’t rave about Barb enough. She was so genuine and helpful. Her personality is so real and honest which I very much appreciated. My mother and I thought she was so lovely. I highly recommend Angie’s over any other place. If I could give it 6 stars or more I would.

I had a great experience at Angie's Bridal. I visited the store 3 times before saying yes to the dress & did not feel pushed to make a purchase during either appointment. I ended up falling in love with an off-the-rack sample dress that was in PERFECT condition - It literally looked like no one had tried it on. I cannot wait to wear it on my wedding day. Thank you Barb & Judy for all of your help and extreme patience during my search!

This was the second bridal store I went to and I found my dress with the first dress I tried on here. I showed Judy the style I had tried on a the other store and she pulled a dress she thought I would like and would look good on me. And I absolutely loved it! I tried on a bunch more after but still nothing compared to the first dress. I bought it that day : Every time I tried on a dress Judy clamped it and fluffed out the dress/train. I have to say at the other store I went to they never did that my mom had to. Barb did my alterations and she did an amazing job! My dress had a lot of detail and it was painful I'm sure to alter it. But it fit like a glove! I was very impressed with the service and selection of dresses at this store. Judy and Barb made this experience unforgettable! Thank you!!

I booked an appointment for myself and my friend both brides-to-be a month in advance but upon arriving, there was a bride who had just begun her fittings. Despite the fact that I clearly made an appointment, and the changing area is incredibly small and only has 2 changerooms, I was patient but in hindsight, I wish I took that as a sign to not shop here. In the end, I found an affordable dress I liked and ordered it. To my surprise, it took me over 7 months to get my dress due to sizing errors. Although it was apparently a manufacturer error wherein the dress was made much too small for its size, it was handled terribly by the employee at the store who accused me of gaining 2 inches within 3-4 months and refused to offer any sort of resolution. It wasn’t until I spoke with the owner 2 days after the fiasco that I found some kind of resolution. Regardless, I was offered no discount despite my troubles and only had the expedited shipping on the second dress covered. Although I appreciate the efforts of the store owner, my experience here has been FAR from ideal. Definitely not the place to come for that “once in a lifetime” feeling. Even if you are a budget hunter like myself, PLEASE BE WARY. In addition to the horribly handled situation of the dress not fitting, I was told 3 different arrival dates of my dress, and when I called weeks past each date, the staff were rude over the phone. Overall, customer service has been quite deplorable, and the staff need to be better trained to service their customers.
