Owners very friendly, they work hard to keep you happy. The rooms are old, but they are very clean. So if clean and comfortable are enough for you this is a great little place to stay. If you expect new rooms, fancy tv, spa bathroom look elsewhere. I'd stay here again no worries!

When we got here after 10pm.Julie was so friendly and welcoming. She went out of her way to make our stay great. The room was cozy, clean and bed was very comfortable. Would definitely come back.

The best place to stay in Wasaga Beach. Especially if you have children. Family atmosphere Julie and Gemma will take care of you

Love it...atmosphere is awsome..great service..always with a smile but most of all very very clean..i would definitly recomende it to anyone ...the owners are fantastic..very close to the beach....one hundred percent satistfied....
