Ancila's Indian Cuisine

Outstanding experience! Words are not sufficient to describe my experience working with Ancila while planning a get together at the restaurant. Extremely cooperative, accommodating person. The food was awesome. Undoubtedly the batata vada took the first . Every other item we had was very tasty. While discussion Ancila did mention whether we wanted a homely dish or restaurant flavor and we did a mix and match and it went perfect. This is a hidden gem. Highly recommended, do give it a shot and you would not be disappointed Vegetarian options: Several options. You name it and Ancila will cook it for you. Kid-friendliness: Ancila is very accommodating and flexible and does have high chair and will cook as per instructions and place is very kind friendly Parking: Ample parking space!

The best dinner when you crave for Indian dishes. Personal service and dishes are prepared and cooked fresh leaving you feel like home. The portions are perfect, spices and spice level personalized to your liking. Love the mango Lassi too. Everything is home made. Very delicious! Will definitely recommend and always return here. NB: Call ahead if you are hungry! We were willing to wait for our dishes to cook while enjoying appetizer.

Amazing experience, delicious food, wonderful owner and staff. I love the concept that there is no menu. Ancila personally comes to your table to understand and discuss your spiciness preferences, vegetarian/non-vegetarian options, and preferred number of dishes and prepares an absolutely perfect meal. I also love the social impact that this restaurant has, with a very strong focus on supporting the local and not so local community with donations and fundraising support. Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is fully accessible.

Anicilla is a wonderful person and she treats her customers with the same love and care that goes into each of the dishes she so carefully prepares. Truly a hidden gem! She has served me in her restaurant and has provided my family with catering, exceeding our expectations every time we have we have reached out to her. Thank you!

This restaurant doesn't welcome people, very rude and simply returns the people since they are incapable of handling. I went there with family on Wednesday evening, found only two people eating, no other guest. When we were about to sit in a table, there came a rude voice, a lady walking towards us saying It will take 20 mins for her to come and talk to us for any order. So this how they even welcome people. We just left the place since it doesn't make any sense and she was rude. When we were close to the door, She said loudly, It doesn't matters. It was so disappointing and felt the harassment, there is no reason for her to behave like that. Not sure why this people open restaurant, she doesn't know any Business ethics and even basics of hospitality. If this the case, what quality of food we can expect in this brutal place.

We ordered a catering menu from Ancila’s kitchen for our baby’s baptism. The food was excellent everyone enjoyed it. Ancila’s worked with us and gave us suggestions on setting the menu and was very professional with the order and pick up. I would highly recommend Ancila’s kitchen and we will definitely order again.

Ancila is a warm, humble, and fabulous cook who treats you like a friend as soon as you walk in. Instead of a menu, she asks for your spice and adventure level before proceeding to cook everything fresh and to order. We had the pleasure of hearing her story and her approach to running this restaurant - truly a hidden gem providing a unique, authentic experience. We left with full bellies and a full heart. PS the mango lassi is the best I’ve ever had!!

Still confused why it has 4.4 rating since it gave us experience of 2 star restaurant. First they didn’t had anything ready in the menu, one lady came and told us that her paneer curry is famous and she insisted us to have that instead of our order. I asked for carrot halwa, her response take gulab jamun instead. So she was deciding for us what should we have Bad customer service Long wait between getting two items

Only ever had takeout. But consistently excellent. Great for catering options. We're doing lunch for 6, and she just finished smashing out a weddings worth of food, ON TOP of having made a giant batch of chicken sandos for people in need!Food: 5/5

What a rip off!!!! Way overpriced for what they serve. When I opened the containers thought they were someone’s left overs!!!! Got paneer tikka, kebabs and butter chicken. Served like 5 tiny pieces of paneer in a full serving!!! With giant pieces of green peppers and onions to make the dish look larger. None of the dishes had adequate amount of food compared to other Indian restaurants. Waste of money.
