The food is good but they don't follow uber instructions. I asked them to replace my garlic sauce with hummus for 2 plates, never happened, I asked for a diet dr pepper and specifically added a note saying that they can replace it with any diet drink if they dont have dr pepper and they still gave me a regular full sugar drink.

They do not follow instructions on the delivery app. Ordered 2 sandwiches and requested them to be extra heated toasted I got them ice cold bread..legit regular white pita that has not been passed on any sort of heat. Delivery time was 7 minutes so had they actually heated them not even extra.. just a normal heating my sandwiches would have been hot. First time and last time order.. a restaurant that does not respect their customers requests are just a bunch of lazy unprofessionals that do not fit in the Job. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED .

I have ordered two plates of Chiken - I have received them with no chicken and received two more Charmaws instead. I used to order a lot and this is the very last time I am going to order

I love it. The portions are very generous and the staff are very friendly and courteous. Keep the good work guys. I recommend it to anyone.

Went around 10 pm , the quality of the food was fresh , lots of flavor and delightful. This Amir has upgraded and it is worth it

Ordered a falafel plate and got a plate of fried cauliflower instead!! Called them and all they had to say was that they were out of falafel! This should have been said when I ordered! A supper of cauliflower and potatoes and rice wasn’t exactly what I had in mind!! Very disappointing!!!

NEW Review - Seems they got new management and things are back to normal- food is better - all good - thank you . But the location 5760 Boulevard Robert-Bourassa - is messing up. The sauces are like water- they sold and the new guys need to get their act together or go bust. -------------------------------------- OLD REVIEW Platters loaded with too much sauce and not enough of the good stuff. Used to be a regular client. Now we good to the location 5760 Boulevard Robert-Bourassa - its a little better and worth going out of your way.

So upsetting! So frustrating! I would NOT recommend ordering online or by phone from them. We ordered and placed what we wanted by 5:00pm. By 6:25, still no food. We called. They said the driver wasn’t able to find our address. We give it to them AND our phone number. They said the driver would leave within 5 minutes. We were 10 minutes away from the restaurant. 7:00pm, STILL nothing. Called back, understandably upset, and they proceed to tell us the driver said we were not in the delivery “zone”!!!!?!!!! Seriously!!!? And you don’t think of calling back?! So the person on the phone said he would bring our order for free in 25 minutes. We have a 15 month old, including ourselves , who have been waiting to eat! Free or not I wouldn’t even trust them with our food! So aggravating! Be warned. P. S. When we called at 6:25pm, when I informed the person we’d been waiting an hour and a half and he told me the driver would be leaving, he then hung up on me... so disrespectful and unprofessional!
