Always been a good sushi restaurant I mean considering I have lived in japan for over a decade and have eaten my share of real fresh sushi I think I can comment that this shop although they server rolls which in japan isn’t really consider sushi, they do server very good quality food. I could argue about the freshness of the fish, but for being inland and far from any ocean the fish is surprisingly good. Prices are decent and service is great. So I do recommend giving it a try
