Took exactly one hour to receive our food.. wasn't even that busy! It was a last minute decision because my dad and brother had.a rough day at work and were starving so didn't feel like cooking. But then had to wait an hour to eat, was a bit frustrating just sitting there for so long. However the pizza IS delicious and staff is friendly. But the poutine pizza has like Ice cold cheese custards on top it kinda ruins it!

Ordered an hour in advance, came to pick up my order and the cashier was clueless. The order was ready the whole time but I waited 20 minutes because she had no idea (she told me it wasnt ready yet when I arrived at 12 sharp) and she didnt even bother to get info about my order before I asked her to. Didnt even apologize for it, even though she knew she made the mistake
