Amiche Restaurant and Social House

This is a little place literally out in the middle of no where. The atmosphere is comfortable and easy. We went on a Sunday and we're lucky to get a table. Definitely a busy spot. The menu offered great choices and has some great ideas for sharing meals between 2 people. The prices where in line with what they were serving. We started with an appetizer, the size was perfect for sharing. I ordered a flat bread for dinner and was very satisfied. I would visit again if in the area but wouldn't purposely seek it out. Staff were Friendly and pleasant.

Food was excellent, a lot of variety, well prepared. The steaks came perfectly medium rare as ordered. Service is terrific, very attentive even if the place is full, which it usually is! We were staying at a nearby resort, so we ate here 5 nights in a row, had different menu items each night, all very good.

Came 2 days in a row for dinner. The atmosphere is exceptionally relaxing and rustic. Met the owner Dave and he is extremely friendly and hands on with his staff and customers. The meals he suggested were extremely tasty. The prosciutto wrapped tenderloin was amazing and my husband loved his seafood pasta. Our meals tonight which were the pan fried pickerel and homemade cheeseburger is just as good as our first meal. Five star rating all around. Truly recommend this place for anyone to try.

Just what the Doctor ordered! I gave a call ahead on the first night of a brief outing and they had the most perfect medium rare strip loin ready and at my seat within seconds of my arrival. Truly a harbour in a tempest. Thank you, Amiche. Your a friend and a provider!
