Guy at front desk at check-in was overwhelmed. Parking lot needs more lights and to be resurfaced. Only stairs, needs an elevator. Bed hurt our backs, but the room was otherwise pretty good.

It's ok, considering the limited choices in Cloquet. It was quiet, the breakfast was adequate, but now wonderful. My first floor request was overlooked, so I had to drag my gear up stairs, but they did offer to find a maintenance man to help.

They are remodeling which is needed. Plumbing should also be done as well. Breakfast is very nicely displayed, fresh and well stocked. Every one of the employees where outstanding!! So polite, thoughtful and always had a smile for us.

Good hotel. Comfortable bed and pillows. Could use some updates.

good hotel, stayed pool side, thought it would be noisy but thing were good after 11pm. clean and lots of parking, with discounts at local restaurants. bit pricey for what you get but its summer high season
