The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Our tent blew away the first night from a freak wind storm. The staff put us up in one of their cabins at no additional cost and saved our vacation. The cabins are nice, great beds and air conditioning. We had a great time at the beach, never too crowded. My boy and I caught a bunch of catfish and carp. Very shady with big trees and well kept camp ground. Thank you.
Very nice campground. Great views of the Missouri River. Well maintained. Site wasn't exactly level, but that is not a surprise anywhere. Will stay longer next time I go there.
Really nice campground. Right in the city but lots of trees and feels like you are secluded. Right on the Missouri River. We had full hook ups and a site right on the river. However, we were here after Labor Day.
The campground is nice. Has very nice playground. Allot of large trees. Right on the river. You need to reserve in advance to get best sites. Good place.
Nice campsites right on the river! Very shaded also. Staff was also really nice and made sure we had everything we needed before heading out for the night.
Outstanding campground, whether RV camping or tent camping. Quiet, clean. Fishing pier and lighted riverwalk. Bath house. Small beach area. Boat ramp. Well maintained grounds with grass and ample shade trees. Walkable and bike able town with food/restaurants nearby. Will definately be back again soon! Restrooms: Clean Dog-friendliness: Dogs abound, and all were quiet, not barking, etc. Everyone cleans up after their own dog. Great experience. Picnic area: Yes, tables and fire rings on the river in grassy area under trees.
Did not say it was closed on Website. 34 miles round trip at 5miles per gallon at $5.00 a gallon.
This was a really nice spot - convenient to I-90 but with a great view of the Missouri river. We stayed in a tent spot - it seemed like the tent spots might have been crowded if all of them had been occupied but there were only a couple of tenters on the night we were there. The sunset across the river was gorgeous. Would definitely stay here again.
Friendly, clean, easy to make last minute reservations with. Lovely view & breeze from the river.
Great little campground except they have shower fixtures and stainless steel mirrors just like a SD state prison. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and plan to return.
