We had an amazing multi-family camping trip here this summer! The kids range from 5 to teen and every one of them had a blast with all of the activities that they offer. The highlight was zip lining… wow! They really make it fun! It’s not just a boring zip line experience, they give you fun challenges with each zip, like doing a dance, yelling a line from your favorite movie, trying out a trick, etc. The kids also loved the panning for gold and the rock climbing wall pictured. We will definitely be back next year!
3rd year in a row. We always go the first or second week of October, never to busy and the weather has been perfect T shirt weather. Staff is amazing, little pizza place is pretty good. If u need your activity times moved around they will work with you. The bigger 30 foot yurts are a must. Loads of space for our family of 6. See ya next year
Awesome paintballing, awesome staff.. there's a few things I can change like the rotation time between games however the staff is doing what they can with what they have. We had a lot of fun the only complaint is we wish we could have played more. We only got to play five games in 3 hours
Fun, friendly camp! We had yurt #15 and were really happy with the accomodations. Beds are surprisingly comfy. The air hockey table is literally falling apart and barely working, but we had a great time with it anyway. Staff was all wonderful, but Specter was especially great with my adrenaline junkie and often troublemaking 7 year old, and Eeyore really went out of her way to make each of us feel welcome. Playground: Playground is pretty minimal. Swings, a big tire, and a cute little playhouse. Restrooms: Pleasantly surprised by the port-a-potties. Staff really stays on top of cleanliness and upkeep! Dog-friendliness: Lots of great doggos around, and staff always seems genuinely happy to see them. We traveled with a dog and cat, and they were excited to see both. Picnic area: There are picnic benches in the campsites, but also at opportune locations throughout the property, like overlooking the pond.
Fun, summer camp type environment. Friendly staff and fun activities. My only complaint is how unorganized jellyball was. Seemed like 3 hours of play would be a lot of time however we didn’t even get our equipment until about 40 mins in and had about 15 minutes down time between games. Overall great experience and we will be back.
Great Yurt camping experience. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The extra experiences like zip lining and the challenge course are a bit spendy, but fun. The escape room was well put together.
So I have now been there twice with my extended family and I enjoy it. Even when it was hot there was enough trees it really felt like it was 80 when a 100 or 90s. So as for activities I love to throw the axes. If you like to walk there are paths as well as steep hills.
Zip Lining was fun but over priced, $25 wrist bands are TOTAL RIPOFF AND WASTE OF MONEY! "Crafts" were coloring pages with crayons and colored pencils, tomahawk throwing is a joke as they LITERALLY leave heads rounded thereby ENSURING they WILL NOT, I REPEAT, WILL NOT stick when thrown. Money better spent on upgrade camping options.
We went here to go Zip lining for the 4th time. We brought our 10 year old grandson, for his first time. It is a great zip lining experience. Especially for first timers. The staff are friendly & well trained.
It all depends on your expectations… We stayed in a tepee that had a propane fire pit and it worked well for a summer night. Would be wayyyy to cold for winter with kids. Campground can attract noisy people that stay up way past quiet hours and disrupt your sleep. Wish the staff patrolled at quiet time!! 10pm to remind campers to quiet down…Some of us have toddlers that go to bed at 8-9p!!! not midnight!!!! Other than that campground was clean, outhouses were ok, wish there were brick and mortar bathrooms; that would be nicer with kids. Staffs main office was always prompt to answer questions and well staffed, good selection of snacks marshmallows and pizza if needed. Activities add up quickly. .. and are just ok. Overall 3/5. Room for improvement but not a bad option for one night- just bring earplugs!
