American Bank

I work for a company that banks and does business with American Bank in Whitefish. Every interaction I've had for business matters at the bank were handled professionally and effectively. Every member of the staff I have spoken to throughout the past 4 years have been so polite and helpful. Great to work with!

Banked here for 8 years without an incident. Actually, day-to-day customer service was exceptional. Then last year, they made a large error and did not make it right. Seems that if I owe the bank money, there is no negotiation. Unfortunately, the reverse is not true. I no longer bank here.
