My wife an I bought our last home threw Black Diamond Mortgage. They where awesome to work with. Dave helped work threw several complications with our loan. He made the experience fun and exciting. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my next home purchase.

I choose Black Diamond Mortgage to get a home loan. My home loan was very tricky because my debt to income ratio was high. Maria worked with me to get me the loan I wanted. They are very professional and have many different loan options. I would recommend them to anyone purchasing a home.

I am now a homeowner thanks to Dave Boye and everyone at Black Diamond! Buying a home is not a simple thing, and it's an intimidating process. However, Dave Boye and everyone at Black Diamond made the process accessible. They navigated the VA loan, and all its added difficulties with ease. My questions were always answered quickly, and they even responded on a major holiday when my agent was in the process of renegotiating with the seller. I will always recommend Black Diamond Mortgage to everyone I know! I couldn't be happier

We've done multiple deals with Black Diamond since 2008.  An awesome team, they've worked to make several unique situations turn out with great financing terms. They truly care about getting you the best deal possible. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a mortgage or refinance need.
