Yum! Stopped by here in the early afternoon and grabbed an assortment of baked and chocolate goods. The fruit tarts were especially delicious. This bakery has a great variety of ready made treats, cakes, and and ginger bread houses for the holiday season. Very reasonable prices for the quality. I will be back whenever I’m craving a sweet!

Best cake I have ever had in North America! An unprecedented quality of cake and the fresh cream makes the higher cost very well worth it. We had a community event and for the first time, in a large scale event, not one bite was left on the plates. People "inhaled" every single crumb. No waste and no wasted money, so great. Strongly recommend.

Great selection of cakes, tarts, and savory items as well for reasonable prices. They also have a free Christmas calendar. Tried the black forest cake, tiramisu, and Bavarian fruit cake. Would recommend the tiramisu out of the three.

This bakery has a selection of treats available and has more to offer by order. We really enjoyed the apple strudel, mini fruit tarts and sausage rolls.  We ordered a carrot cake and they were accommodating when we had to change the order date. The cake was delicious!

They made a delicious vegan chocolate mousse type of cake. My picky family member loved it. The cake was delicious and not overly sweet. The price was reasonable as well. Highly recommend

We've been buying cakes from almondine for years. They've always been good until last week. We ordered a diabetic cake and it was extremely dry. When we cut into the cake we actually had to slice the bottom of it off it was so dry and very dark almost to the point of being burned burned very disappointed. We have another birthday coming up next week and we'll order a black forest cake. We'll give them one more chance

I am happy with a recent cake order made with them. They made a lovely strawberry shortcake and I couldn’t resist the tarts and sausage rolls in store. Everything tasted delicious.

A small local bakery. Cakes are freshly made daily. Not too sweet but with alot of great favour. Have a variety of desserts. Birthday, wedding cakes are the best here.

Best apple strudel in Calgary. These guys do all sorts of custom cakes and have been in business for over 35 years. They probably have the largest selection of cake toppers I’ve ever seen for a bakery. And large variety of pastries from European desserts to gluten free cakes. It’s one of the few bakeries in town that can do both gluten free and dairy free cakes.

Ordered a cake for a very intimate function. It was basic chocolate cake with chocolate ganache and wonder how anyone can ever go wrong with that. The cake was bland and not tasty at all. Would never recommend them or order again.
