Highly recommend Andrea for physical therapy! After suffering from knee pain for 20+ years, it was recommended for me to try physio by my family doctor. Within the first 2 weeks of treatment, I have already started noticing a difference. She is also super personable and friendly. Between my sessions in the clinic, and my recommended exercises at home, she has definitely got me on the right path to finally finding some relief!

I was having arm and shoulder issues and found Andrea Kaye to be excellent! Her professionalism, knowledge and kind nature really set me at ease with physio & IMS therapy. I would not hesitate to visit her again and highly recommend her- I feel so much better after therapy.

I want to thank these two girls, Andrea and Meaghan, for their knowledge , abilities and healing hands, and the care and treatments they have given me. These two lovely ladies, have accomplished more since March than anyone else has in the last three years and through numerous physio appointments. I have regained strength in my arms and neck and rarely take pain medications or suffer pain in my neck, arms and shoulders. A year ago I was ready to claim for disability. So grateful, and would highly recommend anyone suffering from spinal stenosis to visit Alta-Sask Wellness and see one of them. I attended Alta-Sask for a good year! They have amazing and friendly staff. The facility is very well kept and clean. Location is very easy to find and as well you have access to a lot of different kinds of gym/workout equipment. If you can’t make your appointment they always work with you to reschedule it. Highly recommend!

Danielle did an amazing job! I came in stressed and sore and left relaxed and painless. Very friendly and gives an amazing massage. Thank you!

Great place with awesome people. Five stars is not enough for the staff that work here. Andrea has a great following and is equally caring of her patients just like family.
