Dr Poxon was very professional and helped me out a lot. I previously went to violet eyes, who gave me the wrong prescription, an unnecessary reading lense, and glasses that scratched after a week. My new glasses are wonderful! I can see without straining, and they were cheaper than VE. They also honored a coupon for me despite not buying new frames, which was really appreciated. The staff is always helpful and friendly, and I don't think I'd use another optometrist again.

Friendly helpful staff for ordering glasses. However, be very cautious about pricing, and confirm the price before you order anything. They send out coupons in the community, and they do advertising promotions in local media, but when it comes time to actually buy, they will say that promotions don't apply to your purchase, or they are expired, even if you have the coupon with you, with a expiry date in the future.
