The staff was friendly but I am disappointed in the services. We went in there to get our hair done for a wedding with high expectations but unfortunately myself and another bridesmaid did not receive the hairstyles we asked for. We were then outrageously charged just to have to rush back to the hotel to redo our own hair. (It was very stressful!)The mother of the brides hair did not hold up and was falling out before the ceremony even started. I am not one to jump and leave a negative review right away, so I decided to email the salon first to see if they would be willing to remedy the situation. After two emails and three weeks with no response, I felt that I had to leave this review. They could at least have responded with an apology Very disappointed. Will not be visiting again. .

HAD to give at least one star.. Way too expensive and they will NOT give you the hair style you ask for. Their prices are outrageous and the hairstyles will NOT hold up. My experience: two bridesmaids and the mother of the bride's hair fell out/were not what they asked for/horribly done on the day of a wedding. Would not recommend to anyone and will NOT visit again. Just go somewhere else, it's not worth it.

My stylist, Lindsey did a great job! The salon is really neat, it's next to cedar creek, from the style chair you get views of the river. The customer service was awesome! The blonde highlights were a little dark, and she spent an extra hour adding stronger blonde into my hair. She wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the color, and it turned out beautiful.
