Spoke to Pat yesterday to arrange call out for my furnace which is not working. We arranged a call back today at noon to get a guy out to see my furnace. At 2pm I hadn't received the call back so I called Pat. He had totally forgotten about calling me, who I was or what I wanted!? I did get a bit miffed during this conversation and asked him if he just plain forgot to which he replied "Er I was dealing with something else today" and put the phone down on me!? I tried calling back but straight to voice mail? Having been in customer service myself I can confidently say this business model is a joke. PLEASE don't bother waisting your time on these COWBOYS, there's plenty of other furnace repair outfits glad to have your business! I'm so appalled with his ATTITUDE! Thank goodness the weather is plus this week, can you imagine where I'd be if I had no heating in the previous weather of minus 20's etc? I wish this were just a cruel joke but this is how it happened folks DON'T TRUST Them! I dearly like to support local business but I can't support local IDIOCY!

Pat was great to deal with, got back to me promptly, and from a house visit estimate to job completetion was around 3 days! The installers were fast and efficient and made sure to show what they did and how everything works. Also the lowest quote I could find in the area. Very pleased, thank you!

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Alliance installed our heating and HVAC system in our new home. The HVAC system has never worked properly since the day it was installed. I first spoke with Pat in June to have someone come out and look at our system. He advised that he had an employee in the area working on a new home and would send him out. It is now October and we have yet to have anyone come out and take a look or even so much as a call back. I have continued to call and text trying speak to someone and have had no response back at all. I would strongly advise anyone to find another company. Definitely do your research before hiring a company.

I had to get them to come out twice to my house because of my furnace being so finicky this week. First time was after reg business hours and I got the owner of the company. He was extremely nice and caring. Next time he brought out a tech with him and we have the problem solved. Reasonably priced and just so happy to have heat and no more issues. Will be going back to them again in the summer if I decide to get an air conditioner. Thanks!

Bend Over ... Billed three hours for less than an hour of work at $95 an hour. When I asked, it was because they had to drive to Edmonton for the part. Sorry... I paid for a joy ride to Edmonton for a part??? Why did it still take two weeks to complete the job?? Wow... Try and get a quote out of them... not likely. By the way they did the same job six months prior and said no warranty. Not much I can do at this point, but warn future customers. I won't be using these guys again EVER!!!

Great shop! These guys came out, did a quick estimate and started work the next day. I thought the service was great and I had them work on a couple of my other properties too. Haven't had an issue; highly recommend!

Called in with a furnace issue. A technician arrived promptly, diagnosed and resolved the problem efficiently. Took the time to clearly explain everything and presented a very reasonable bill. Great local business.

If I could give 0 stars I Would, had a rush job that needed done due a sale of home, Pat said yeah can done this week, by end of week had not started. but then never called back, both cell phone and office voice mails were full, and did not return emails. poor service. Not happy with service.
