The people at North Face are great! Professional, friendly, and helpful. After hours, Brent made sure I would be helped, and Jeremy, the after hours on duty tech was helpful and quick to make sure I got my heat going again. Great group and highly recommend. When I need a new furnace I will be calling these guys!

I have a small business where we required walk in refrigeration. We had several disasterous issues with our first install which was done by another company. I called Northface to come and help Us after reading their reviews online. From The first phone call to the finished product I am beyond happy. Dustyn was super informative and went above and beyond with his Customer service. He assured me the whole process would be seamless... and it was. The owner Brent came to my Shop to introduce himself. Installers were on time, Knowledgeable, and super friendly. My walk in is working Amazing and all the work looks perfectly installed. 100% highly recommend Northface.

I would like to thank Dustyn Rutherford and Johnathan from North Face Mechanical for my new thermostat. I called Dustyn because the furnace in my house seemed to not be keeping my home warm enough. He was very helpful and speedy when it came to processing my request. He was very professional and helped me get it checked out the same day. Johnathan arrived at my home early that afternoon. He was very thorough in inspecting my furnace and thermostat. He kept me up to date and informed on what he was working on. When he diagnosed the problem he quickly installed a new thermostat and it has been working great ever since. I am so pleased with the service I received from Dustyn and his team. Dustyn was amazing, efficient, and I would highly recommend that anyone looking for residential and commercial service contacts Dustyn at North Face Mechanical.

I recently had North Face in to install a new air conditioner in my house. They looked after the permits and gave me a price that was a couple hundred dollars less than I had expected to pay. Their installers were polite and left my home as clean as when they started. The air conditioning works great and I would highly recommend them to anyone!
