CLASSES
Circuit- High Intensity Interval strength and cardio training
Cardio Kickboxing-Interval training with heavy and reaction bags, strength training and of course, cardio!
Bootcamp- Strength training and heavy cardio. Held on Saturdays, outside if the weather allows
Bosu Ball Bootcamp- Start with a mix of Bosu Ball balance and strength training and end with an intense Bootcamp-style round
PERSONAL/GROUP TRAINING
Customized personal training designed around your goals and fitness level. Each session, I design a different workout just for you to constantly push you using muscle confusion, maximizing our time together. I provide weight, measurements and body fat percentage progress tracking as well as at home fitness plans and nutritional consulting.
