Alexis and the team has been amazing with my partner and I in helping to design our perfect ring that fit into our vision and sustainability values. We had a vision of a lab grown coloured gemstone and the team provided us with beautiful options for a unique ring that was beyond what we had seen anywhere else. The execution of the ring creation exceeded our expectations and we couldn't be happier with Alexis Gallery and the beautiful ring they created for us. Had a terrific end-to-end experience. Alexis Gallery’s custom designs and quality are unmatched and felt I their pricing was fair. They were 90% the way there with the first draft and then made modifications to bring our very specific vision for the basket to life. Over one year later and my fiancé and I still smile at the very sight of it. It was an absolute pleasure working with Alexis and the team here at Alexis Gallery to design the perfect engagement ring for my fiancée and I. The entire process took around 2 months and began with a quick phone consultation to discuss basic design elements and budget. Following that, I had a detailed design meeting where all elements of the ring, including a deep dive on diamonds, was done. I received my 3D rendering a few weeks after which gave me a preview into the final product which was ready after a couple of weeks. In the end, Alexis and her team designed a beautiful rose gold engagement ring that has gotten lots of compliments from family and friends. Alexis and her team always took time to answer all of my questions and replied in a timely manner. In particular, I would like to commend that during my initial phone consultation, I was asked for my partner's name. From then on, my partner's name was used in each and every meeting, which I appreciated as it made our interactions more personable and special. A special thank you once again to Alexis, Amanda, and Rachel for helping me through this process! At each meeting the Alexis Gallery team provided substantive information about the different possibilities available, including size, cut, colour, material, etc. which allowed us to design a ring that met every spec we desired. They were always enthusiastic and went in-depth into how our choices would shape the final product as well as practically, such as what constitutes too thin a band or the impact of differing types of shoulders. I am also amazed at the value offered - we were able to design a custom ring that perfectly matched what we wanted but it also comes with a Lifetime Care Package, which includes a third-party appraisal certificate makes insuring the ring extremely easy, annual cleaning, polishing and gem tensioning. Really makes the experience unique and feel tailored to you! On the whole, the entire experience made our engagement extremely special and we will be recommending Alexis Gallery to anyone who asks about the ring.
