Randor and his team are absolutely top notch! Randor is highly knowledgeable, very professional and completely honest. He helped me find an excellent diamond for an engagement ring at a very good price, thoroughly explaining to me along the way why some diamonds are worth the money vs some are not. He is not pushy at all and he definitely cared for my needs and respected my budget. My fiancée loves the ring, and everyone who sees the ring are highly impressed with it and guesses the diamond to be bigger than it actually is because of its stunning quality and bright shine. We looked at 14 different places including online stores e.g. Brilliant Earth, etc before going with Randor. I couldn't be happier, especially as a first time buyer. 1. Service - superior. Walked me through everything I needed to know about picking a diamond and where money should be spent vs not. He was patient as we looked at a million different variations until I was happy. Randy even opened the store up a few hours early to fit my schedule and stayed open till 9pm so I can come pick it up. 2. Price - unbeatable. Compared to DTC companies online even they can't compare. Not only I got a gorgeous customize tiffany style solitaire ring, Randy also educated me and my husband on how to buy diamonds in detail. He had a huge inventory of gorgeous diamonds from where I got to choose my amazing cushion cut solitaire at such an amazing price that I still cannot believe.
