ALDO Shoes

Employees started to rush and limit our time in the store even though we were planning on buying items. Employees said there was a line outside only 5 and started to “time” us. Not sure what they expect from customers while working at a shoe store. Customers will always try on shoes and take their time deciding. Don’t think other stores rush customers like this. Probably will not visit again store is closing anyways.

We bought a bag on sale yesterday at Aldo at $29.98, today we went there to buy another one, they just retagged it at $41, saying that the price was there for about a week obviously not the truth. This is totally OK could say we raised the price. But we were told if we got the receipt they can price match. Since we live close we went back to get the it. Then, they said we were lucky and could not price match!!! We just wasted about an hour! The worst thing came, the manager came out, I don't know , a pair of glass,not friendly . I was like "well, if you keep doing this you would lose customers". She was like " THAT'S FINE"! This is how we were treated today. I personally don't know how could she say that, I would never go to that store again.

Last 6 pairs of shoes were from Aldo. Get compliments on them all the time. Staff is very helpful.

This lady on the shop was so rude and not willing to help . If someone wants to spoil his/her own mood , go ahead !

Didn't have my size in store but they ordered it and had it mailed to my house!

Worst customer service ever. Rude employees.
