This place is fantastic. Meeting the owner, Aldo,was the highlight of our trip. He is one of the most personable owners you will ever meet. His secret Sicilian recipes make this resturants menu delicious. Also try his homemade lemon cello. Yum!!

Used to love this place a lot, not sure if it was the fact that they were really busy yesterday from the festivities downtown, but our last visit was not pleasent for me. My lady rather enjoyed her food though. The speciality pizza we ordered seemed to just be a regular pizza with the toppings for the bruschetta. Really disappointed because their speciality pizzas are really good. Most of just been a bad day for them i guess...

Didn't like the food. The meat sauce had tiny pieces of meat, tasted more like canned marinara with an afterthought of meat. My grandmother was Italian, I was very disappointed. I could have stayed home and made better Italian food.

Best Pizza in town and surrounding area. Steak is excellent (Sandwich). You will not get a better steak sandwich anywhere around here. See below for the more detailed review, Pizza: Aldo's pizza has the perfect blend of sauce/cheese/herbs/spices. This pizza actually has flavor and doesn't need to hide under 10 layers of cheese. The crust is thin (unless you order different) and has a good taste itself. Having been to multiple Chicago pizza locations, I still prefer Aldo's. Steak (Sandwich Only): I usually get a steak sandwich from Aldo's once a week. I'm not a steak expert but I have been to high-end steakhouses all around the area, including Chama Gaúcha, which is a Brazilian steak house by Naperville that cost around $60-85 per person. Aldo's steak in my opinion is about as close as you will get to Chama Gaucha flavor, w/out paying $60-$85.

We were seated by the owner himself. Our order was taken quickly and the good was made quickly. We ordered the bacon cheeseburger pizza and it was delicious. I would highly recommend this place!
