After my car was off warranty 20+ years ago, i returned to the BMW dealer for repair; an otherwise straightforward repair took five 5!! days to complete and the shop rate was insane, so instead tried Alberta Motorworks. Haven't gone elsewhere since - Frank is the quintessential professional. He is very knowledgeable, calls to explain necessary repairs before beginning, describes all options including those which cost less and consistently gets necessary repairs/maintenance completed same day rarely next day at a MUCH lower cost than the dealer. The garage bay is impossibly immaculate. His awesome wife Ziya runs the front end is equally professional, warm and friendly. Frank and Ziya operate an honest and trustworthy business - I def wouldn't take my car anywhere else!

I just had my 128i repaired here for the first time. Great experience! Frank is very thorough and personable. Figured out my problem and had my car ready to go same day. Purrs like a kitten.... They even steam cleaned the engine bay, washed the exterior and vacuumed the interior before pickup. Pure class! No surprises on the final bill, as the total was exactly as quoted. Very clean shop and reception area inspires confidence as soon as you walk in. I had been referred to this company by a few different people I have met and I'm very glad I listened to them. So I called to have some plastic parts on a bmw upgraded to aluminum aftermarket parts and was told they don't deal with aftermarket parts. Strange, this means every part they use is genuine bmw parts....... highly doubt it. Many plastic intake and air breathing parts on the bmw m 235 that should be changed and this bmw specialist can't help....... not much of a bmw shop.

The best BMW mechanic in town. Extremely competent and understanding. Frank and his crew serviced my 2013 5 series. They explained everything that needed work, also explained what could wait and potential issues to watch for in the future. I would recommend this shop to anybody with a BMW. Prices are affordable and service is fantastic.

"UPDATE" : Just picked up my 2010 5 Series from Frank and Ziya. Runs like a dream. Best thing is that I know its fixed. I cannot say that when I picked up my car from Bavaria or Edmonton BMW. This is a great shop with A1 service. I won't take my '10 528i anywhere else to get repaired. Frank will show you the failed part, explain why it failed and explain to you what to do so it won't fail again. If you've ever had a repair done at the 2 local BMW dealerships, you'll understand why I won't let them put air in my tires. When Frank retires, I'm selling the car.
