Very thorough, professional, knowledgeable & punctual staff. Chris came for the consultation and was very knowledgeable. His persistence in locating & confirming an upgraded power supply was appreciated. Freddie & Melchor did the hardware install and were very thorough, even removing curtain rod holders that needed to be relocated. They were both cheerful and had great singing voices. They laid down pads to protect the flooring and thoroughly cleaned up after the job was done. I look forward to using my new air conditioner!

We have used McKinley Heating Service Experts for over 20 years. Their courteous and professional Technicians have managed to keep our AC Unit in top shape for this period of time. We decided to install a high end furnace in our home on a monthly rental plan very reasonable cost that includes yearly maintenance and filter changes as required. Had a new air conditioning unit installed this week. The service was spectacular and everything was completed as expected. Joe and Nick did a great job with the install. They were professional and friendly. When they were done they did a full walk through of the unit outside, the connections in the furnace room, and the thermostat. We were very pleased with the entire experience.
