It was late in the afternoon when I realized that I need help. I started looking for urgent dental care and made a couple of calls with no satisfactory result. Accidentally a brochure was still sitting on my desk among other mail waiting for the morning trip to the trash. I made a call and, of course, it was too late, but there was a web-address as well. With little hope I tried to schedule urgent appointment. To my surprise next morning I got a call, and an appointment at 1 pm. That was unusually great service for such small business. The dental service I received was even more exciting. My problem was not too serious, but Dr. Marina spent as much time as necessary to explain to me what happened and what needs to be done. I appreciate this very much. I saw a doctor who has more concern about my health and my body than about her time. Thank you, VK

I was in Albany on business and had a dental emergency. It was a very lucky break for me that this office was a few minutes away from where I was. I was able to get an emergency appointment with Dr. Marina. The staff was very understanding and helpful. Dr. Marina was gentle and very attentive. I had a gum infection under a crown which required gum opening. The procedure was quick and painless. The office is super clean and all of the equipment seems to be brand new and top of the line. I wish I lived in Albany so this could be my regular dentist... Highly recommended to all those who are in the area.

Didn't like front desk demeanor or attitude call from the actual dentist the night before was pleasant he was really nice and helpful he should work in the front.

Great experience! Very friendly front desk, made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Dr.Shraga did an outstanding job and was super friendly as well. I couldn't of asked for a better experience and highly recommend Albany County Dental!
