1st Advantage Dental Albany

I have now had a number of visits. First impression is overall favorable. The only two complaints regarding my very first few visits were the long wait and lack of explanation of the potential cost of future planned procedures. Since my earlier appointments I find that the wait time is reasonable. The dentist has been very professional and appears to be very competent.

Dr. Mandava is awesome. Never does unnecessary work and is thorough and kind. Love the staff - very responsive. When my Dentist of thirty years retired I went to a few different dentists till I found Dr. Mandava. Do not br put off by cosmetics of office - truly a diamond in the rough...

I came to this 1st Advantage location after my Dentist of a different 1st Advantage retired. The Facility didn't open on time on my first consult. The Dentist was pushy and rude. Said he could not do work that day made me come back. On the second visit they cancelled because when I arrived I had a head cold, which I had for over a week. They felt it was unsafe. I lost time at work on both occasions to make these appointments. Terrible patient care I don't recommend.

Took me straight in and looked at set up same day consult with the oral surgeon. Very friendly and helpful doc and staff
