no one is there to answer phones. I have been calling since 12 it is 130 now. I have general questions to ask, I get in touch with someone and the response is "I dont have a direct line or a name or number to a person that can help you". So I guess I am SOL typical state workers
Everyone there was very kind and helpful. There was plenty of parking on Elk St.
Friendly efficient security and greater. They have to check you in one at a time due to covid restrictions. Save the trip if you need a parking pass and do it on the website.
