Aladeen on the Grill

This place really takes pride in their business. I’ve ordered the Chicken Kabobs both on a combo plate and in a pita, and it is made fresh on the grill every time. They put in extra effort to make the finished food presentation look clean, pretty, and appetizing. The pizza also turned out to be REALLY good and apparently very popular. Slices are quick and they offer a selection of different flavors. The pizza is also uniquely made with Buffalo Cheese instead of traditional cows milk cheese which has always digested perfectly despite me often having lactose issues with other pizzas made with traditional cheese. This should be at the top of your list for fresh food on-the-fly.

BEST PIZZA IN NEW HAVEN!! The chicken shawarma pizza is on another level of delicious, I highly recommend it. Crust is fluffy and delicious. Service is great. Food is always made with love. Good job guys.

Nice find! We were staying a short walk away yearning for some late night pizza. Apparently they had just stopped selling whole pies, but agreed to cook us a couple. Thanks! While we waited for the pizzas I got a look at the other food items. Very good looking Middle Eastern fare. I really should have gotten some falafel for the walk back to the hotel. Next time! This place is frequented by the take out crowd, and folks getting slices. The pies were delicious. I’ll come back!

The pizza is absolutely delicious and the staff was hospitable, welcoming and enthusiastic. On top of everything the store was very tidy! This place offers great value and I highly recommend stopping in - thanks guys

If I could give these guys more than 5 stars, I would not doubt it: This is home style Middle East food. DOn't expect a fast food thing; instead be patience because it is worth it. A team of several Mohamed will serve you, led by Mohamed Ezz I know the names because besides cooking great food, these guys are all in when it comes to cater groups of 30-60 people for my wife's job. I always ate arabian food, but lately I found out that their pizzas are amazing too. Actually, the last 2 times we went/ordered, online it was pizzas. I am sure there are lots of middle eastern food places in New Haven, but these guys are worth it. Did I mention that they are not expensive? Go, try the food, it's never dissapointing Vegetarian options: You can eat plates that are 100% free of meat

Mohamed Ezz and all the Aladdin Crown team are amazing: their food is delicious home-style arab food. Their pizzas are really, really good. I am specially grateful for all the effort they put in catering my office's monthly lunch with delicious halal food. Highly recommended

Definitely recommend their Middle Eastern fare over their Italian stuff, there's better pizza elsewhere, but we keep coming back for their sandwiches and shwarma. I feel like half the time I try to customize anything it ends up not happening so try to get food as it comes here and enjoy it.Food: 4/5

Truly outstanding vegan veggie platter with hummus, falafel, pita, tabouleh, and baba ganoush. I also got a side of fava bean salad just ask for it without the yogurt sauce if you want to make it vegan!. Everything was super fresh, clearly homemade, and they even have imported pomegranate soda. Great service- love this place!

Very tasty food and generous portions for great price. Clean and cozy. Fresh bread was delicious!!
