We were in a general panic because the May storm had devastated our yard and part of our roof, and I thought that this would be just another hassle to get service. It wasn't! We bought an over-the-range microwave: there was no pressure to buy any specific model, and the one I chose was installed the next day! Before it was delivered, I compared prices at a few of the big box stores and the price I paid here was the same. I'm happy with the microwave but I am delighted with the service we got from Utronki's. Without hesitation, they will be the place we go to first when we need our next appliance. Thank you for the great service.

Excellent service. Older dryer caught fire so needed a speedy replacement. Walked in the store as soon as they opened, got some options and went back to take measurements. Had my new dryer delivered before noon! Also who doesn’t love to pet a super friendly dog while you shop!

Wonderful to deal with. Our new build was delayed and they were incredibly patient and helpful when we needed information on the fly. If they carry the appliance/brand you are looking for I highly recommend supporting this local small business: their prices are competitive with box stores and their customer service is second to none.

Update: Utronkis re-Imbursed after another follow up email. Thank you very much! ——— Bought a Electrolux washer Aug 2020. Started not spinning etc, completing cycles sporadically in Feb/March 2021. Called for repair in May I believe. Repair person contacted said highly unusual. Try this and that, didn’t work. Re contacted repair person, no response other than he’s busy will get back in touch in a month or so. Called again to utronki, in 2021. Said they’d re-initiate repair contact. Have never heard back. Shopped local to support local. Not worth it.

Absolutely top-notch service and competitive pricing. My husband and I oder 4 new kitchen appliances from Home Depot over a month ago. To our surprise a week before delivery date we ran into some issues . Lack of customer service to say the least. I want to personally thank Kerri Ann for her time and understanding. Took one day to receive my New appliances delivered at my door. Waiting on the stove but I am perfectly okay with that. I am loving my new Samsung Fridge,microwave and dishwasher. We needed a new washer and they delivered it 4 days later

Our 5 year old fridge stopped working during Covid and a heat wave. I was upset until I spoke to Greg who reassured me he would find the right fridge for me. I bought it sight unseen other than on line and to my delight they delivered the next day! The delivery guys were also very professional. Price was competitive. Cant say enough good things about them.
