For decades, Bell Business Services has had the well-earned reputation of having the least customer-friendly billing support services in Canada. I am happy to say that I have just spoken to Hafedh concerning a line cancellation and without question the level of service and support that he provided was exemplary and beyond the pale. He was pleasant, friendly and creative. He not only resolved the issue that we had but he recommended service improvements and lower costs. Very impressive and I do hope someone in Bell reads this and makes a note on his personal file. It is deserved. Bob Cross President, Megram Consulting Services Ltd.
Some staff are knowledgable and able to answer questions. They lack communication with customers, keep very little in stock and when placing orders for customers things go terribly wrong. After 3 orders, and nearly 2 weeks - my husband got our phone elsewhere. We will not return to this store again.
Worst company ever please please please NEVER get bell anything you will pay much more than promised!! Their sales people will say anything to get you into a contract then the frustration begins with hours on the phone monthly just to get your bill close to what they said it would be. Can't wait to send their equipment back and never use their services again.
I went in to talk to them about options for a wireless hub and was happy with service. The lady working was very helpful in figuring out the best data plan, and hub that had the best range in the country outside of Renfrew.
Very helpful....very knowledgeable, able to convey the intricacies of modern technology to somewhat inept consumer. Will return im sure.
difficult to get in the store at 6:30 pm ... claiming to be open till 9 is impressive only if its true ...change your hours!
